WinPep®Poreless is a skincare ingredient designed to effectively combat acne while reducing the appearance of enlarged pores. By targeting excess sebum production, it promotes a smoother and clearer complexion. Excessive sebum secretion can lead to an imbalance in skin homeostasis, triggering a chain reaction that results in enlarged pores, abnormal keratinization, and acne formation. WinPep®Poreless addresses this issue through a dual-action approach. It directly inhibits sebum secretion while activating the NMDA receptor chloride ion channel, increasing chloride ion influx. This process helps to restore the skin’s ion balance, suppress the expression of interleukin (IL)-1α, and improve keratinization, ultimately leading to refined pores and firmer skin.
